ANGELA SZYSZLO

Member of the Foundation’s Board

Graduate of Political Science and Social Sciences at the University of Szczecin and postgraduate studies in Counteracting Terrorist Threats at the Faculty of Management and Command/Command and Control of the Academy of War Arts. From 2007 to 2010, she studied at the International Conflict Analysis Centre at Kent University in the UK. She worked for, among others, the Operational Command of the Types of Armed Forces as an expert in administration and education, implementing development projects with a total value of over USD 100 million. Coordinator of projects implemented from the budget of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Poland Aid and of short ad hoc projects implemented from the budget of the United States Armed Forces ‘Money as a Weapon System – Afghanistan’ (MAAWS-A) from the Commander’s Emergency Response Program (CERP). Political Adviser to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Commanders XII, XIII and XIV of the Revolutionary Polish/American Military Quota in Ghaznia, Afghanistan. Her professional experience on missions is enriched by work in the Board of Civil-Military Cooperation in the NATO structures of the North-Eastern Multinational Corps. As the High Civilian Representative to the Polish Task Force (Task Force White Eagle) in Afghanistan, she was awarded the Commander’s Award for Civilian Service medal.
