RECRUITMENT WAS DONE THROUGH SEVERAL CHANNELS!

Recruitment announcement was addressed to volunteer mountain rescuers, mountain enthusiasts with a medical background and employees of the emergency services department.
Candidates were verified during personal interviews and through surveys and telephone calls.

The number of applications exceeded our expectations!

Ultimately, 30 people were invited to the training. They included 17 volunteers, including volunteer rescuers, people involved in mountain expeditions with medical experience and employees from the Emergency Department in mountainous regions.
