The main goal of the project was to expand awareness and knowledge of global education for the dwellers of Katowice and the surrounding area. As part of the project, we have trained 15 people who work with children and youth or / and are active in the NGO sector. These people were also interested in the topic of global education, its program areas and teaching methods.

The workshops were carried out in the form of two weekend courses run by experienced trainers. Classes were fully inscribed in the World Changelers Course. It was its first edition in Silesia, the sixth in Poland and the eleventh in the world. Thanks to the workshops, 15 people have permanently changed the approach to the knowledge they have passed on so far, supplementing it with issues of global education football.

In addition to familiarizing themselves with a number of topics in this area, participants also learned how important global education is from an early age and how to build a work path and find a way to transfer the acquired learning in such a way that it is logical and understandable to the recipients. Particular attention was paid to sharing experiences that can serve as examples confirming the legitimacy of interest in and responding to issues related to global education.
